Southwestern Photojournalism Conference
My friends and I just attended the Southwestern Photojournalism Conference (www.swpjc.org). During one of the breaks we played around with our cameras and here are a few shots I took. (NOTE: the first image was taken by a fellow conference attendee)
Family Tree
Over Thanksgiving I had the opportunity to do a photoshoot with my boyfriend’s family and extended family. It was the first time I had done a photoshoot for a group so large and I appreciate their patience!
Cook Photoshoot
This last weekend, my sister and her husband were up at our house for Thanksgiving. We wanted to do a quick photoshoot, but we had a limited amount of time and a limited place to do it (our very tiny backyard!). On top of this, I was shooting around noon on a clear and sunny day, so unfortunately a lot of the pictures are washed out. But here are a few of the best. It was fun to do a photoshoot quicky with family members!

Breznau Maternity Photoshoot
Here are a few selects from my photoshoot with Michael and Stephanie Breznau. I think this was the best photoshoot I’ve had yet! Michael and Stephanie were so easy to work with as they made each other laugh and relax, so I had quite the advantage as the photographer. Blessings to both of you and your new little one on the way!

Sneak Peak!
I had the opportunity to do a maternity shoot for Michael and Stephanie Breznau. I’m still in the midst of editing the pictures. . .but here’s a sneak peak!

Considering I didn’t even pay attention to the fact that my ISO setting was jacked up to nearly 1600 the entire photoshoot, the results weren’t what I hoped, but that was because of my own stupidity! Rachel was a great subject to work with though. Thanks girl!
